Omokoroa Lifestyle Village

Omokoroa Lifestyle Village is currently under development. Resource Consent for 92 independent dwellings has been approved by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid 2020 with a project completion date set for June 2022.  Omokoroa is but a 15 minute commute to Tauranga.
